Prizes and Sponsors

Everyone who comes to Neko Nation is highly encouraged to dress up, dance and have lots of fun.  Not only do we just encourage this but we heavily reward all this as well.  The original Neko Nation had two competitions and one sponsor.  This time around we've got four competitions and not one but we have at least ten sponsors on board now!

Thanks to Empire Toys our main sponsor who have overloaded us with an insane prize package which we've had trouble fitting into the prize packs, let alone all the other prizes to give away too!  Our other sponsors include Miss Pixies, Steam Generation, Trash Glam, EVM Productions, Graver Clothing, Black Parasol Designs, Prince Photography, Wednesday's Photography, Hairlucination and Saccharine Desolation.

Throughout the night we are planning to announce the prize packs, each prize pack contains a variety of prizes from our various sponsors and it's safe to say that some of these prize packs are valued at around the $100 mark each!  So what does it take to win the prizes?

Best cosplay
We encourage everyone to dress up and cosplay if possible and for those who can do it well you might be in the running to win an amazing prize pack.  We have a few expert judges around on the night who will be analysing all the outfits and the amazing effort put into the outfits.  Even if you don't win the thrill of being able to party with cosplayers will be one awesome experience!

Best dressed
For those who can't and don't wish to cosplay, dress up in your best outfit, whether you want to dress lolita, visual kei, ganguro, cyber, goth, rave or whatever crazy outfit you can muster.  Like above we will be having a look at all your amazing outfits, however we are looking for a mix of style, creativity and effort here.  Dress to impress and you shall be rewarded

Best dancer prize (Superstar/J-Idol)
Dance, dance, dance and you could win the best dancer prize.  This is a prize that will go out to the best dancer on the night although what does it take?  We're looking for people who are open minded to dance to a variety of different genres and styles, can come up with some creative moves and have lots of fun!

Fan service prize
What's anime without fan service?  Impress staff, fans, photographers and everyone!  We'd like to say that this prize speaks for itself, get creative and maybe you could win this awesome prize pack (or two!).

To be eligible to the win prizes, you must be in the venue between 9:30-10:30pm, we will be posting up the exact timetable for the event soon!
